Over the years, I have worked as a cook, as well as a nutrition and culinary consultant, and have owned and operated two natural food catering services. I have also had my health articles and food photography featured in a variety of popular magazines and health publications. I have educated students of all ages in public schools about health and eco-conscious living, and I've spoken at health expos and other venues. I've also been a guest on a number of national radio shows, as well as local cable TV programs. I have served as a Marketing Communications Director for a company (formerly known as NU RITUALS). I developed educational materials for this company, and also created a functional food product for them, along with a company cookbook. I have won several different awards for my educational contributions to humanity.

I have written 20 books to date, some of which are offered as part of 5 curriculums that I've developed. I am seeking support and funding for the development of additional educational videos that can be added to the curriculums.
