My passion has always been to be my own Boss and this lead me to becoming a Entrepreneur who is Founder of Celebrating Humanity International Pty Ltd and Ki Leadership International Pty Ltd, operating nationally and internationally over the last 22 years. As a Diversity & Inclusion specialist, I also facilitate exclusive Leadership Programs for Executives. Some impact expands to top levels of Government, Boards of Directors, Universities, Schools, Orphanages, Youth and Women Empowerment programs. Yet, my life’s experiences has taught me that the key to changing and impacting lives is to embody the courage and knowledge of how to implement and use Compassionate Leadership techniques in everyday life and to live a life of Intention.

My previous experience includes:

Entrepreneurship with developing 2 International Training Companies as well as 2 Movements - Ladies and Gentlemen Unite and Impact a Country.

My aim is to build, grow, challenge and support individuals who want to become Entrepreneurs to fast track their success by using the right Mindset, Thinking, Belief systems and Business systems in place to create strong foundations for their own growth.

I found that many people have amazing ideas, but are not clear in HOW to take the next steps. I have spent many years in guiding and supporting people to build their vision, know how, the right structures, the proper implementation, steps to follow and Characteristics of the Successful Journey to follow.
