When you have a pretty good idea about what you are going to do, it is time to think about what you need to do it. It is especially important to think about what you need that you do not currently have. What type of knowledge do you need? Who do you need to talk to? What kind of resources do you need?

A good way for doing this is to imagine that your business is up and running already and then think of your customer. How do they find you? Perhaps you need a website and a facebook page. How does the customer buy from you? Perhaps you need a store location or an internet based payment system. 

Keep thinking about your business the way you want it to be - and think about what you need to get there. Don’t worry about how important something is or not. You can prioritize later.
