This may sound odd, but most people do everything they can to avoid thinking. Instead, they try to do as much as they can with the least amount of effort. What happens then, is that they do things like they’ve always done them and they’ll get the same results over and over again. In order to develop and get new results, you have to think.
Many people say they wished they took some more time to think about things. In their next sentence they say they don’t have time. I believe the time we spend on thinking new thoughts and hatching new ideas and options, is the absolute best way to spend our time. I put aside time specifically to think, otherwise I won’t have any new thoughts! Having that specific time for thoughts creates calm and confidence, and also makes your everyday a bit more fun.
I’d like to congratulate you on just having taken the time to read this inspirational newsletter, providing you with new thoughts. In addition, I suggest that you, right now, spend five minutes on sitting down and doing some real thinking. Think about how you can make today, and the rest of the week, better, both for yourself and the people you’ll come in contact with. Don’t say that you don’t have time. Just do it!
Accelerate throughout the week by thinking about how you can make the day a better day. Then implement your thoughts - before the end of the week.
