1. Your “I” to “You” ratio is much higher for I. If you see a lot of “I”, “we”, “our” and “us” words in your email or any presentation it’s a sign that your message is too focused on your company and too little on your prospect. Turn it around! 2.  You’re using hypey ( a Philadelphia term for over exaggerating something; making a big deal out of something minor) and therefore unbelievable copy. "We have the best leads",  "We 5X your sales", "6-minute abs." When your email/copy is to hypey, prospects can feel that you're not autentic. 3.
